Cathy Erway is an author, writer, and healthy food advocate living in New York City. Her food blog, "Not Eating Out in New York" inspired her first book, the memoir "The Art of Eating In: How I learned to Stop Spending and Love the Stove." Her second book, a cookbook entitled "The Food of Taiwan", will be released in March 2015.
Erway hosts a weekly radio show, "Let's Eat In", for Heritage Radio Network and does freelance copywriting work for digital advertising agencies. Erway earned a B.A. in Creative Writing from Emerson College.
