Previously, Redlener was head of strategic talent at The Talent Business (TTB), where she matches senior talent to communications agencies and creative companies. Redlener's experiences include working in entertainment, advertising and non-profit industries for 10+ years across global creative culture centers New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and London. Before TTB, Redlener worked as an account strategist at StrawberryFrog agency. She studied business at California State University at Long Beach and advertising at Miami Ad School.
