Clara Soh Williams is a health economist and comparative effectiveness researcher based in Portland, Oregon. Her work focuses on how social sciences can impact the health care issues the world faces. She currently works at Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research (KPCHR) and Health Policy Research Northwest (HPRN).

Williams holds an Masters of Public Adminstration (MPA) in Policy Analysis and Healthcare Public Finance from New York University's Wagner School of Health Policy and Management and a BS in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.
