In chapter 1 of 15 of his 2009 Capture Your Flag interview with host Erik Michielsen, Andrew Epstein recounts what informed his decision to join Teach for America.  As a University of Michigan student, Epstein spends a summer as a camp counselor assisting special needs children.  The experience shapes post-college choice to teach.
